  • Extended warranty (beyond the standard 1-year period) is not provided directly by uaegamers.com.
  • Customers interested in extended warranty must contact the respective OEM/manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
  • Availability, coverage, and pricing of extended warranty plans are governed solely by the OEM.
  1. Warranty Coverage (Electronics & Computer Products)

The warranty typically covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures under normal usage conditions
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical surge damage
  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • The seller warranty covers:

    • Compatibility issues related to assembly
    • Initial hardware failures within the warranty period
  • Individual components inside the assembled PC may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond 1 year and must be claimed directly with the OEM.
  1. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. The customer must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
  2. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories (if required).
  3. The product will be inspected by the authorized service center or seller.
  4. Repair, replacement, or resolution will be provided as per OEM or seller warranty terms.

Repair or replacement timelines are subject to service center policies and part availability.

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Products received in a dead-on-arrival (DOA) condition must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • DOA claims are subject to verification and OEM approval.
